2022 Yakima Valley Sangiovese Nebbiolo Rosé

Our Yakima Valley Rosé of Sangiovese and Nebbiolo was harvested on November 6th 2022. We separated the juice from the skins after minimal skin contact and it fermented with wild yeast in neutral oak. We lees stirred the barrels for 6 months for a full fleshy palate. Plush acidity with note of pomegranate, raspberry bramble, and dried herbs.
