2022 Yakima Valley Syrah

Our Estate grown Yakima Valley Syrah is open fermented with 25% whole bunches and barrel aged for 15 months prior to bottling. A long ripening cycle with cool nights makes for great acidity and structure. This wine displays notes of raspberries, white pepper, and leather.
