Angel Juice - Mataro Rosé

Our first pick of Mataro was harvested just as the fruit started to have flavour. Fermented cool. A light, crisp, and refreshing Rosé that boasts a serious attitude. We made this wine for something pure to drink in the sun. 

Harvested in McLaren Vale, 2021.
